The administration of the university plays a central role in ensuring that all support systems function effectively to advance the institution’s mission. Its responsibilities span financial management, human resource development, policy oversight, infrastructural planning, and student services. Guided by the principles of accountability, efficiency, and sustainability, the administration harmonizes diverse functions including Finance, Planning, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Legal, Marketing, Student Accommodation, and ICT to create an enabling environment for teaching, research, and consultancy.
Through strategic leadership and transparent governance, the administration supports both staff and students, ensuring that the university remains competitive, responsive, and aligns with its long-term goals.

"As the Deputy Vice Chancellor for Planning, Finance and Administration (DVCPFA), I am privileged to lead the administrative functions of our institution. My office oversees key units including Legal, Finance, Internal Audit, Human Resources, Planning, ICT, Student Accommodation and Estate management.
