HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT


Overview

The Human Resource and Administration Department is responsible in supporting the organization’s operations by managing people, processes, and administrative system.

The department oversees key functions such as recruitment, staff training and information management, performance management, employee relations, welfare, and compliance with organizational policies. Additionally, it oversees key administrative functions such as office management, records handling, logistics, and workplace safety.

The department ensures efficient operations, productive work environment, and support to all departments to achieve their strategic goals.

Human Resource and Administration functions.

a) Recruitment: Managing job postings, advertisement to interviews and onboarding.

b) Training and Development: Identifying skill gaps and facilitation of training programs.

c) Performance Management: Coordinating performance appraisals cycle and supporting employee performance improvement.

d) Employee Relations: Handling workplace issues and promoting a positive work culture.

e) Policy & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.

f) Compensation and Benefits: Overseeing payroll coordination, leave management, welfare programs, and rewards.

g) Records Management – Maintaining employee files, contracts and HR information systems.
